Carpet Empire was established in 1931 we have been installing and repairing carpets ever since. After 90 years, we continue to be a family-owned and -run business with two generations of experience.
Although our team is small, and we like to keep it that way as customer service is our top priority Our base of operations is in East Keilor, Melbourne, which enables us to service the whole city effectively. To date, we have successfully installed or repaired thousands of carpets in both domestic and commercial applications, leaving many happy customers along the way.
We are fully insured, so if anything goes wrong, you can be rest assured that it won’t end in a disaster that impacts your pocket. Moreover, Carpet Empire is accredited with Certificate 4 In Building and Construction, which means that our team is skilled, trained and equipped to handle any and all jobs that come our way.

We also offer a range of expert carpet repair, maintenance and refurbishment services. These services are designed to help our customers either extend the life of their carpets or save carpets that are looking a little worse for wear.
These services include steam cleaning to get the most stubborn and harmful dirt out of your carpets in a safe and environmentally-friendly manner, as well as carpet stretching to make your bunched or bubbling carpets look new and flush once again.
We also do repairs of all kinds. Our patching is done so seamlessly that you won’t be able to tell where the original carpet ends and the patch begins.
